Robert, the owner, came out right away (with a helper) to give me an estimate and schedule a day to upgrade and replace 4 fans. He did reschedule once but did a good job and we love the new quiet fans. The job was done in about 3 hours.We did have to do some cleanup after they left. Overall, he was very friendly and we are happy with the new fans.
